Starter Game Juice Update - And New assets - #1025

Updated most starters in the engine with reactive buttons, sound effects, and particles to match the existing starters with those in them. Also replaced the 2D art assets used in those starters with newer assets that better align with the GDevelop's art direction to match the original starters.
