Many API classes (
Repo,PullRequest,Issue,CurrentUser/*, etc.) had@link/@seeannotations pointing to a single generic root URL repeated on every method, often on the olddeveloper.github.comdomain (some entirely broken). This PR replaces them with the precisedocs.github.com/rest/...anchor for each action, fills in docblocks that were missing entirely, and marks endpoints removed by GitHub (Downloads API, Projects classic) as@deprecated.
