feat(item)!: move item fields into components

Proposed changes

Items no longer keep their material, amount, name and model data as separate fields, but store them as components like everything else about an item. The item flags are removed as well, because current Minecraft versions cover them with a component. Since everything that reads items has to adapt, this change comes with a new major version.
