Summary

Maintenance sweep. uv lock --upgrade moves one package: pycryptodome 3.23.0 to 3.24.0, a transitive dependency (via eth-keyfile under eth-account, reached through the tempo and server extras). Lock-only: pyproject.toml is unchanged, so the published package is identical and no release is owed.

Not done: nothing else in this repo moved. Every other dependency resolves to its latest; Actions pins and workflow input versions (uv 0.12.23, osv-scanner 2.6.0) are current; OSV over uv.lock reports nothing.
