Adds TanStack Query (5.104.1) and TanStack Router (1.170.41).

  • Query: React adapter + ESLint plugin only. The other adapters are the same pages with the framework name swapped, so including them would duplicate every entry.
  • Router: React docs + API reference, Solid pages skipped.
  • Both share one entries filter and one clean_html filter under Docs::Tanstack.
  • The base scraper sets a request timeout because tanstack.com sometimes stalls a connection and hangs the crawl.
  • Icon is the current TanStack favicon for both.

Generated both locally (279 + 141 pages) and checked them in the app.

Scrape the current React Query docs and the React Router guide from tanstack.com with one shared clean filter and one shared entries filter. Query stays on the React adapter and the ESLint plugin. Router derives symbol kinds from the page title.
