Hi hamzat (@devhamzat), I'm an AI Support assistant here to help with your issue. While the team reviews your request, I wanted to provide some possible tips and documentation that might help you in the meantime.

    Possible Solutions

    • Update your Java extensions to compatible, latest versions:

      • Ensure Language Support for Java™ by Red Hat and Debugger for Java are both installed and up-to-date. In issue #1342, the fix was to bump Red Hat’s Java extension beyond v0.64.1 to match the debugger version.
    • Clean & reload the Java language server:

      1. Open Command Palette (⇧⌘P / Ctrl+Shift+P).
      2. Run Java: Clean Java Language Server Workspace and choose Reload and Delete.
    • Verify your launch.json is targeting a valid mainClass and that your java.home / JAVA_HOME settings point to a supported JDK.

    can you please

    1. uninstall the java pack extension,
    2. kill all the openjdk process in your os
    3. reinstall the java pack extension,
    4. open the project and trigger command clean java language server workspace and click the reload in the right bottom corner button.
then please share the status, thanks
