Additional information

I think this is due to stricter include requirements on clang
I was able to build by adding #include <functional> in deps/LIEF/third-party/frozen/include/frozen/map.h

This looks like a libc++ issue rather than Clang itself. frozen/map.h uses std::less without including <functional>.

Since this also exists upstream, it would probably be better to fix it in frozen first and then inherit the fix through LIEF, similar to #63530 / #63934.
