Summary of Changes

  • Enhanced the visual formatting of the main README/text file.
  • Grouped the CI/CD build status and chat badges together for better side-by-side rendering.
  • Upgraded generic text code blocks (::) to explicit shell code blocks (.. code-block:: shell) for improved syntax highlighting.
  • Added horizontal rules (----) to clearly segment distinct operational sections (Build, Testing, Documentation).
  • Added subtle emphasis to the Table of Contents header and copyright notes to maximize readability.

This is a trivial documentation formatting layout improvement and does not alter any Python source code functionality.
Also, all the previous things written in the README.rst is not changed, only styling is added to make it look good and readable further.
