main only accepts changes through a pull request and the merge queue, so cargo-release's own commit-tag-push flow is refused. AGENTS.md now runs it on a chore/release-* branch with --allow-branch --no-push --no-tag, merges the release commit through a pull request, and signs the tag on the commit main points at afterwards. The SessionProperties note records that Odbc.DataSource escapes a value containing ';': two pairs set in Power BI Desktop both reached Trino. The "Cutting a release" section in AGENTS.md now documents the steps that work: run cargo-release on a chore/release-* branch with --allow-branch --no-push --no-tag, open a pull request for the release commit and merge it once approved, then sign and push the tag on the commit main points at. The SessionProperties note now records that Odbc.DataSource escapes a value containing ';': two pairs set in Power BI Desktop both reached Trino.
